[Via Satellite 06-25-2014] Avanti Communications signed a new contract with European telecommunications operator Intermatica to help the company target enterprise customers with a range of new business applications using Avanti’s Hylas 1 satellite.
“We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Avanti,” said Marco Orsini, general manager at Intermatica. “The quality of their Ka-band technology will support our extensive satellite broadband expansion in Europe, where the digital divide remains a challenge for many businesses in rural and remote areas.”
