4iG Joins US-based Axiom Space as a Strategic Investor

4iG SDT Zrt. is joining the development and growth plans of the American Axiom Space as an investor, the capital market company announced on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange. As part of the transaction, the space and defense industry holding company 4iG will implement a capital increase of a total of USD 100 million in Axiom Space in two stages: in the first stage , USD 30 million will be invested by December 31, 2025 , and in the second stage, an additional USD 70 million will be invested by March 31, 2026. The agreement will enter into force after the first investment tranche of the transaction is completed.

The partnership is of historic significance in the field of Hungarian and American space research and space industry cooperation , as it creates long-term opportunities for the parties to increase their global space market share.
