The Kinetica-1 launch vehicle serves as CAS Space’s highly reliable launcher for small- and medium-sized satellites. Standing 30 m tall with a lift-off mass of 135 tonnes, the solid-propellant rocket is capable of delivering 1.5 tonnes to a 500 km Sun-Synchronous Orbit (SSO) or 2 tonnes to Low Earth Orbit (LEO). Designed for regular launch schedules and cost-effective access to space, Kinetica-1 incorporates multiple key technologies, including advanced propulsion, vector control, intelligent flight control, modern avionics, optimised structural design and low-cost manufacturing, making it a dependable launch solution for commercial and institutional satellite missions.

Building on this capability, the Kinetica-2 is a liquid-propellant commercial launch vehicle developed as the workhorse of the Kinetica family. Designed around a modular Common Booster Core (CBC) architecture, it offers cost-efficient launch services for satellite constellations, low-cost cargo transportation and large-scale commercial missions. The launch vehicle can deliver 8 tonnes to a 500 km SSO or 12 tonnes to a 200 km LEO, while its modular first-stage configuration with optional strap-on boosters enables payload capacities ranging from 2 to 20 tonnes to LEO. For missions requiring greater lift capability, Kinetica-2H provides a more powerful configuration to address larger-scale launch requirements.

CAS Space is developing the Kinetica-3 as a reusable launch vehicle designed to support routine transportation between Earth and space. The company positions Kinetica-3 as a next-generation system aimed at meeting future demands for affordable, high-frequency space access through reusable launch technologies. The Kinetica family provides launch solutions spanning small satellite deployment, constellation launches, cargo transportation and future reusable space logistics, allowing customers to select launch vehicles based on mission size and operational requirements.
