Spectrum Laser and Technologies, has announced it has been awarded a contract position on the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) indefinite-delivery /indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $151B. This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that enable rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with greater speed and agility. Spectrum, along with parent company Ocutrx, has partnered with D-Orbit USA for this Missile Defense Agency contract.
Spectrum was founded in 1997 to provide quick-turn, high-reliability electronics manufacturing and product design services to the DoD, aerospace, medical, industrial, and commercial marketplaces.
